At the Inspiring Women Awards, organised by the Bangladesh Brand Forum,��Area Manager, Farhana Chowdhury��was named as ‘Aspiring Women Leader’ with��Adrita Datta, HR Business Partner – Marketing, recognised in the ‘Progressive Women Leader’ category.

Farhana spoke about what the awards mean for women at ������ƵBangladesh, saying: “We are truly honoured to achieve this recognition as an appreciation of all the efforts we put in to transform our dreams into reality. This will definitely encourage the female force of every sector to drive their passion and step towards their ultimate goal, defying all odds.”

Rumana Rahman, Head of HR, added: “We are extremely proud and humbled to be recognised consistently. This is a testament of our commitment towards promoting gender diversity and a focused drive on female recruitment in every sector of the business.”

These two awards represent ������ƵBangladesh’s seventh success at the Inspiring Women Awards in just three years. Last year, ������ƵBangladesh was named the ‘Most Female-Friendly Organisation’ with��Rumana Rahman, Head of HR, winning ‘Inspiring Women Leader’ and��Sanjana Zerin, Territory Officer, receiving the ‘Aspiring Women Leader’ honour.
